Dr. Emmanuel B. John serves as Professor and Dean of the Dr. Donald E. and Lois J. Myers School of Nursing and Health Professions at York College of Pennsylvania, where he leads a multi-department portfolio spanning nursing, physical therapy, medical imaging, medical laboratory science, and public health.
With five advanced degrees — Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and clinical qualifications — Dr. John brings a rare breadth of perspective that spans clinical practice, public health, business strategy, and academic leadership.
